I have always read, even as a child I loved where books could take you. They simply captivated me. Now that I’m a member of Sisters Sippin’ Tea, reading and listening to what others have taken from the same story that I read is not only interesting but amazing. To be in the midst of a group of positive Sistah’s is what I enjoy the most. The bonding, the fellowship and the support that you receive is something that you grow to cherish. I hope the bond that we have will grow stronger each year. Gerald, my high school sweetheart is not only my husband of 26 years, but my best friend. I recently started taking motorcycle trips with him and his club. Who would have think it!

I received my first pair of leather chaps a couple of months ago and I proudly wear them! The trips are wonderful and we have lots of fun. We have two handsome sons, Brandon 25 and Brian 23. Brandon blessed us with our first grandchild last January, Brennan Grace; age 16 months has stolen our hearts. There is not enough space to tell you about her; get the picture! I’m a member of Church on the Move; I work as a Training Instructor for Metropolitan Life, in the Dental Department. Last year my job sent me to Costa Rica twice to help set up a department for one of our international affiliates. Costa Rica is a beautiful city.

My hobbies are hanging out with family, friends, and playing Bunko. I am one of the original Bunko Babes. I love to travel on land, in the air or by sea. A few years ago, the Bunko Babes coordinated a cruise to include our significant others to the Southern Caribbean. I am hoping that our next venture at sea will incorporate both SST and the Bunko Babes. You could not ask for a more rowdy, fun loving, caring, group of women.
